Frequently Asked Questions: 

  1. Are your items legit? Definitely! We are a US-based seller and since we live here in California, we personally purchased our items directly from the stores or official website of your favorite US brands. We guarantee that all our products are 100% original and legit! Price tag, barcode, or even receipts can be provided upon request.
  2. Do you offer FREE SHIPPING? Absolutely! All our products are FREE SHIPPING. So add to cart now!
  3. What are your mode of payments? We are accepting Cash on Delivery (COD), Cash on Pick Up (COP)Bank Deposit via BDO or BPI , and Money Remittances (Westernunion, Palawan Express, Cebuana, LBC). For COD or COP orders, please confirm your order first by replying YES to our text message before we can process and ship your order. If we do not hear from your end, we will have no option but to cancel your order. For Bank deposit and Money Remittances,  please settle your payment within three (3) working days so we can process your order, otherwise your order will be cancelled. 
  4.  What courier are you using for shipping? We use LBC, Gogoxpress, Xpost, or J&T Express. We also use Lalamove (for Metro Manila deliveries and bank deposit option only. Shipping rate of Lalamove will be shouldered by the client). 
  5. How soon can you deliver my order? For on hand items, we process your order for 24-48 hours and then we ship it through our designated couriers. Once it is shipped or picked up from our location, the delivery time frame for Metro Manila is 3-7 business days while for Provincial areas is 4-12 business days. Sometimes, there are circumstances beyond our control and there will be delays in delivery. We appreciate your patience.
  6. Something is wrong with my order, can I return it?  We highly suggest that you inspect your orders as soon as you received them. Our policy lasts 7 days after your order is delivered. If 7 days have gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  7. I am interested in a certain product in the US, can I place a pre-order? We would love to be your personal shopper here in the US. Please email us at support@scentsandlaces.com or send us a message via the Contact Us for the particular item that you would like to order. It would be helpful if you can send us a photo and the product name so it will be easier to check the availability and the prices for you. We require 50% deposit to secure your order and we will ship it to the Philippines via sea cargo. 
  8. How long should I expect my pre-order to be delivered? Shopping online for pre-orders of US brands may take 3-7 days to be shipped to our address here in Los Angeles then it will take 30-45 days from US to the Philippines via sea cargo. If there will be any delays, we will inform you right away.
  9. I am a reseller, do you offer discounts for bulk orders? We have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk orders to qualify for discounts. For more details, please email us at support@scentsandlaces.com or send us a message via the Contact Us.  
  10. Are you available for meet up? We can arrange a meet up upon agreed schedule for selected products such as fragile, bulky, and high-valued items. Please inform us at least 48 hours so we can coordinate accordingly. Short notice and on the day meet ups are not recommended and will need to be rescheduled. Meet up schedule in SM Megamall by the stairs in front of H&M in the  Mega Fashion Hall:

                  A. Monday to  Friday between 7pm - 8pm
                  B. Saturday between 2pm to 3pm
