- Outline the eyebrow starting at the under arch and move toward the tail end. Blend the eyebrow color with the spoolie. Next, outline the upper arch and blend with the spoolie end of the eyebrow pencil.
- For precise detail and dimension, use Brow Wiz® to create hair like strokes at the front of the eyebrow. With the tip of the pencil, lightly sketch individual strokes in the same direction as your hair’s natural growth. Use this eyebrow technique to help fill sparse areas and use the spoolie to blend in the color for a natural finish.
